Hi! My name is Paul. I graduated from Australian Institute of fitness with a diploma as a remedial massage therapist and a cert IV in personal training. I aspire to be as genuine and friendly as possible in a consultation while utilising different treatment techniques to alleviate pain and/or tightness within the soft tissue. 

I specialise in sports and rehabilitation massage and assisted stretching sessions to help with injury prevention as well as rehabilitation within a relaxing environment. 

My experience involves work within clinical environments and various sporting events such as SANFL, soccer, swimming and marathons. 

I am passionate about the human body and how strength, flexibility, alignment, movement and awareness can support physical wellness. 

My treatments are patient focused and adaptable to the needs of each individual. For example, I specifically take an interest in rehabilitation and am able to prescribe exercise programs as well as utilising muscle release techniques.
